bus : Buses daily leave from Bangkok's Southern
Bus Terminal; the journey takes about 14 hours.
You will be brought directly to Phuket town from
where you can take a local bus to beaches on the
island.
 By
car : Take the Route 4 from Bangkok to the
South, passing through Nakhon Pathom, Ratchburi,
Prachuap-Khirikhan , Chumphon, Ranong, Phang-Nga,
and cross the "Sarasin Bridge" to go
to downtown Phuket. The distance is 862 km long.
 By
Train : There is no train commuting directly
to Phuket. From Hua Lamphong Station in Bangkok,
you should drop off in Surathani and take a bus
from there to Phuket.
 By
Plane : Daily flights leaving are offered
at Thai Bangkok Airways; it takes only 25 minutes,
directly to Phuket International Airport.
